Beyond the Bell. Beyond Expectations
Where learning continues, confidence grows, and every child is supported.
WHO WE ARE
Red Apples Beyond the Bell is a dynamic out-of-school learning experience designed to support students beyond the traditional classroom day. As a division of Red Apples Alliance, we provide structured, engaging, and culturally responsive programming for students completing K-8 grades.
Rooted in the belief that learning doesn’t stop when the bell rings, our programs bridge the gap between school, home, and community—helping students build confidence, strengthen academic skills, and discover new interests in a safe, affirming environment.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
LEADERSHIP
Led by Grace K. Traylor
WHOOSH! Staycation and Red Apples Beyond the Bell are led by Grace K. Traylor—an experienced educator, program designer, and community leader with a lifelong commitment to student success.
With decades of experience across public, private, and higher education settings, Mrs. Traylor has been recognized for instructional excellence and student-centered practices, including distinction as a State of Michigan exemplary educator and a Teacher of the Year nominee.
Her work is grounded in one belief: when students are supported, challenged, and exposed to meaningful experiences, they thrive. Every Red Apples program reflects that commitment—combining structure, care, and high-quality enrichment designed for real growth.
