RED APPLES ALLIANCE
Youth Program Policies & Procedures
Welcome to Red Apples Alliance youth programs. Our policies are designed to promote safety, clarity, positive learning experiences, and strong family partnerships.
-
Enrollment is confirmed upon completion of registration and payment, subject to space availability. Program activities, schedules, and curriculum may be adjusted when necessary, with reasonable notice provided when possible. Description text goes here
-
Participants are expected to arrive prepared, engage respectfully, follow directions, and contribute positively to the learning community. Repeated disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in intervention or dismissal.
-
Red Apples Alliance maintains clear expectations for respectful conduct and a zero-tolerance posture toward bullying, harassment, intimidation, or behavior that places others at risk.
Our approach emphasizes:
Safety
Respect
Accountability
Restorative problem-solving
Guiding Principle:
Firm boundaries. Respectful correction. Restorative opportunities. -
Families must provide health information, allergies, emergency contacts, and medication needs during enrollment. Participants who are ill, including those with contagious or COVID-related symptoms, should remain home until able to return safely.
-
Program transportation procedures, supervision expectations, and any optional pick-up/drop-off services are subject to program-specific terms communicated at registration. Participants must follow all safety expectations during excursions and transportation.
-
With parent/guardian consent, photos, video, or student work samples may be used for educational, outreach, or program promotion purposes.
Participants will not be publicly identified by full name without additional authorization, and personal information is not shared.
-
Programs may include inclusive reflection or centering activities that support focus, gratitude, character, and emotional wellness. These practices are reflective, not doctrinal, and respect diverse backgrounds.
-
Because Red Apples Alliance programs vary in duration, staffing, excursions, transportation, and prepaid costs, refund, withdrawal, transfer, and credit provisions are established on a program-by-program basis. Eligible programs may offer optional Program Protection for qualifying unforeseen hardship, subject to applicable terms. Program-specific terms govern in the event of any conflict with general policies.
-
To ensure a high-quality experience for all participants, Red Apples Alliance may adjust program scheduling, structure, or components as needed.
-
Sponsored enrollments may qualify for limited program credit protections under applicable Sponsor Seat Protection terms for approved hardship withdrawals.
-
Red Apples Alliance reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to schedules, activities, staffing, vendors, or procedures when necessary for safety, operational needs, or program quality
-
Red Apples Alliance reserves the right to limit, deny, or convert repeat consultation requests into paid service appointments.
-
Enrollment constitutes acknowledgment of an agreement to the applicable program policies and procedures.
